Kathy Bojczuk uses the law to bring positive change to people’s lives. Kathy focuses her practice in family law where she represents clients with compassion combined with knowledge of the law. She understands how to counteract the devastating impact divorce can have not only on the parties but, more importantly, on the children involved.
Kathy’s remarkably wide-ranging professional background includes clerkships in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and in the Juvenile Division of the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office. For eight years she had her own family law practice, which she and her husband expanded to include real estate law.
At Manassa Bojczuk, P.C., Kathy continues to focus on complex family law cases. She works in all areas of divorce (including post-divorce matters), paternity, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, child custody, parenting time, child support, guardianship matters, as well as complex property division, dissipation, and property valuation. Kathy brings fresh perspective to her clients. She is recognized for her calm, focused courtroom demeanor, as well as her litigation and negotiation skills. Her legal expertise in family law results in consistently successful outcomes for clients. She is delighted to bring her diverse experience to complement the Manassa Bojczuk, P.C. team’s vast expertise.
